Ingredients
1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1½ cups whipped topping
2 cups blueberry pie filling or homemade blueberry compote
Instructions
1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into 9×9 dish and chill for 10 minutes.
2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; blend well.
3. Fold in whipped topping until fluffy and smooth.
4. Spread cream cheese layer over crust evenly.
5. Top with blueberry filling or compote, spreading gently to cover.
6. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
7. Slice with a hot knife for clean edges and serve cold.
Notes
You can use frozen blueberries if fresh are unavailable—just thaw and drain before cooking.
Gluten-free crust options include almond flour or gluten-free cookies.
To freeze, portion into slices and wrap tightly; thaw overnight in the fridge before serving.
