Ingredients
12 large strawberries
200g high-quality milk chocolate, melted
1/2 cup pistachio cream
1/4 cup kataifi (shredded phyllo)
Optional: crushed pistachios for garnish
Instructions
1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler until smooth.
2. Dip each strawberry in melted chocolate and set aside to chill.
3. Toast kataifi until lightly golden, then layer a bit in each cup.
4. Pipe or spoon pistachio cream over the kataifi.
5. Place a chocolate strawberry on top, garnish with crushed pistachio.
Notes
Use fresh, ripe strawberries for best flavor.
You can swap pistachio cream with almond or hazelnut spread.
Serve chilled for best texture.
