Ingredients
1 package instant pistachio pudding mix
1 cup cold milk
1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping
2 cups crushed graham crackers or Ritz crackers
1/4 cup chopped pistachios (optional)
Instructions
1. Mix pudding mix with milk until thickened.
2. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then blend in pudding.
3. Fold in half of the whipped topping to lighten the mixture.
4. Press crushed graham crackers into the bottom of a dish to form a crust.
5. Spread the pudding-cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
6. Top with remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with pistachios.
7. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
Substitute graham crackers with gluten-free options if needed.
Add almond extract for extra flavor depth.
Dessert can be frozen and served slightly thawed for firmer texture.
