Ingredients
1 whole pineapple, cut into chunks
2 cups strawberries, hulled
2 cups grapes (red or green)
2 cups melon (cantaloupe or honeydew), cubed
1 cup blueberries
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
Fresh mint leaves (optional)
20–25 bamboo skewers
Instructions
1. Wash and dry all fruit thoroughly.
2. Cut pineapple, melon, and kiwis into bite-sized chunks.
3. Thread fruit onto skewers in colorful alternating patterns.
4. Optional: Add a mint leaf between every few pieces for a fresh touch.
5. Place completed skewers on a tray, cover with plastic wrap, and chill until ready to serve.
6. Serve upright in halved watermelon bases or on a decorative tray.
Notes
Use firm, fresh fruits to avoid soggy skewers.
You can prep most of the fruit 4–6 hours ahead; refrigerate until assembly.
Pairs well with yogurt-lime dip or chocolate sauce for added fun.
