Ingredients
1 lemon
1/2 cucumber
8–10 mint leaves
2 cups watermelon cubes
1 cup coconut water
1 tbsp chia seeds
Optional: ginger, turmeric, basil
Instructions
1. Slice lemon and cucumber; place in a pitcher.
2. Add mint leaves and pour 4 cups of water.
3. For second drink, blend watermelon and coconut water.
4. Add chia seeds and let rest for 10 minutes.
5. Refrigerate both for 15–30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use organic ingredients when possible.
Chill before serving for best flavor.
Add a pinch of Himalayan salt for electrolytes.
