A luxurious homemade chocolate bar filled with creamy pistachio and crunchy kataifi pastry.

Ingredients

2 cups dark or milk chocolate chips

3 tablespoons butter or coconut oil

1 cup kataifi pastry, chopped

1 cup pistachio butter

2 tablespoons tahini

Instructions

1. Chop the kataifi pastry into small pieces.

2. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan and toast the kataifi until golden brown. Let it cool.

3. In a bowl, mix the toasted kataifi with pistachio butter and tahini until well combined.

4. Melt the chocolate with the remaining butter until smooth.

5. Pour a layer of melted chocolate into a mold, ensuring it coats the sides. Refrigerate until set.

6. Add the pistachio filling on top of the set chocolate layer.

7. Cover the filling with another layer of melted chocolate. Refrigerate until fully set.

Notes
