Ingredients
1½ cups warm water
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
½ tsp grated ginger
1 tsp raw honey
Optional: cinnamon, ACV, mint
Instructions
1. Warm water to a comfortable drinking temperature.
2. Add lemon juice and ginger to a glass.
3. Stir in honey until fully dissolved.
4. Optionally add cinnamon or apple cider vinegar.
5. Serve warm and sip slowly.
Notes
Best consumed first thing in the morning.
Can be refrigerated and consumed within 24 hours.
Avoid if you have reflux or are on blood thinners.
