Ingredients
1 cup dark vegan chocolate chips or chopped bar
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 cup roasted, shelled pistachios
Pinch of sea salt (optional)
Instructions
1. Melt vegan chocolate chips and coconut oil in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
2. Stir in maple syrup to sweeten the chocolate mixture.
3. Add roasted pistachios and stir until well coated.
4. Spoon clusters onto a parchment-lined tray.
5. Sprinkle crushed pistachios and sea salt on top.
6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set.
7. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
Use a silicone mat for easy release.
Add orange zest or dried cranberries for flavor variations.
